Our Guarantee
Lion's Fuel stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Lion's Fuel products.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date

The product is in its original packaging

The product is either unused or has been minimally used (we understand you may have tried the product before deciding it is not right for you)

You have a valid order confirmation number
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:

Orders for which a return request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date

Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Any free promotional items
3. How to Request a Return
We ask that you contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at customercare@lionsfuel.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include the following:

The product you wish to return

The reason for your return
Step 2 — Receive Authorization Our team will respond within 2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return Once authorized, send the product to:

Please write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Lion's Fuel is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Lion's Fuel will cover the cost of return shipping

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at webmaster@lionsfuel.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Subscription Orders
If you are on a recurring subscription plan:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing customercare@lionsfuel.com before your next renewal date

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals that have already been charged and fulfilled, unless the product is defective or damaged
8. Disputes
If you have a concern that has not been resolved through our standard return process, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
